The Map of Now invited audiences to explore Chicago and its performing art scene as avatars on an 8-bit map, interact with each other, and watch performances that were filmed at each venue.
Working with Lucky Plush Productions, I developed visuals for the festival that represented its nostalgic, video-game feel. I designed the map and its featured venues, title sequences for the performances, and marketing images.
